As Magazine Managing Editor of The Villages Media Group from 2015-16, Kathryn led brainstorming sessions, set goals, assigned stories, helped direct photography and design, polished copy and wrote much of the content. She constantly innovated and occasionally overhauled sections for improvement. A member of the Florida Magazine Association, she networked with industry leaders to stay abreast of what’s next.

The publications that she oversaw served the residents of The Villages, an active retirement community in central Florida with about 115,000 residents ages 55 and up.
